本学期的'体育课外兴趣小组活动组织严密,活动有效。严格按照学期初制定的计划,及早动手,积极筹划,使体育课外兴趣小组活动时间、地点、人员固定,保证了活动的稳定性。另外,活动内容全面、具体,教师提前备课,活动时扎实有效。小组成员对活动内容掌握较快,每次都达到了较好效果。学生不仅掌握了更多的知识,而且思维能力、动手能力大大提高,自学能力也有一定发展。
1、内容多样化。
本学期主要以任务完成型完成,还有集体活动型,教师讲解型。任务完成型可以促进学生的探索问题能力,集体活动型可以集中全组学生的智慧,使问题的解决更灵活、更全面。
2、针对性教育。
活动时要根据每个学生的特点和特长分配不同的学习任务。发挥他们的长处,补足他们的短处,教师要分类指导,指定不同的目标,实施不同的教育。

一、加强领导,措施得当。
“工作开展如何,主要看校领导对体育工作的重视程度,领导的重视能起到推波且澜的作用。东北路小学是一所体育特色校园,领导对体育工作的重视超过了人们的想象。校园领导始终把体育当作宣传校园的一张名片。每年的新学期计划,校领导都要下达半年的达标工作计划和指标,并制定相应的奖惩措施。一把手校长亲自抓体育工作,并责成副校长主管。成立达标领导小组,从校级领导到中层干部,再到体育老师和班主任老师都明确的分工。每个学年级都配备了相应的领导负责。督促学年组长工作,学年组长督促班主任配合体育教师组织实验。构成达标工作每一层对上一级负责的局面,全校的师生转变观念,达成共识,校园构成了良好的氛围,达标工作的开展得到广大师生的支持与配合,开展起来更得心应手。
二、职责到位、奖惩分明。
有制度、有措施之后,主管学年组的领导要根据校园的达标工作制定本学年的达标计划,每位班主任结合自己班级的特点,成立了“达标”小组。校园明确的规定,达标工作开展不得当的班级不能参评“三好班级”班主任不能参评优秀班主任,学年组协调不得当开展工作不利的学年组不能参评学年组。学生达标不合格不能参评“三好学生”体育教师不及时给予班级指导和测验的也不能评优。这样校园上下构成一股合务,大家都来认识和重视达标工作的真正受益的还是学生。
三、以人为本,增进健康。
实施体育锻炼标准的目的就是增强学生的体质,增进学生健康,我校始终从学生的角度出发,思考学生的兴趣与爱好,在项目的选取上贴合大多数学生的意志,让学生不感觉到达标测试是一种负担,只是普通锻炼身体的方法。体育教师在课堂教学中,把一些达标测试项目做了加工处理,改变了学法和练法,以游戏和比赛的形式出现,增加了学生的学习兴趣,提高了他们的锻炼热情,既完成了教学任务,学生又得到了用心的锻炼。对于素质较差的学生,教师从不歧视与挖苦,而去安慰和鼓励他们,使他们不但在体质上得到锻炼,在心灵上更树立了自尊与自信。
四、结合竞赛,常抓不懈。
学生体质的增强,光靠一周的三节体育课远远达不到需求。为此,我校结合“冬锻”校内竞赛,课外活动和大课间操等形式来补充锻炼的不足。开展冬锻期间,学生保证每一天人手一毽、人手一绳,并利用课间操练习踢毽、跳绳及各种素质练习。每月两次的校内比赛几乎都是全校性的参与。设立达标单项赛,鼓励班级利用早晨时间晨练等手段,有效的开展达标工作。坚持长年抓,直至达标工作结束为止。我校每年都要评选达标先进班级,先进小组,先进学生,并利用升旗仪式大力宣传表扬,有利的推动了下一步工作的开展。
