全体员工

1、生日贺卡:公司统一购买生日贺卡,贺卡上有对员工祝福字样及总经理亲笔签名,生日贺卡有行政部统一管理,在员工生日当天或前一天当面发给员工。(也可通过第二项生日专栏方式)

2、生日专栏:管理部开设生日专栏,每个月在一号公布本月生日员工的姓名、生日日期,并附上总经理签字的生日祝福。

3、生日礼品:员工生日当天发放生日红包,另外当月生日的员工集体参加由公司工会组织的生日happy!

4、生日活动经费:元/人。

行政负责筛选员工生日的名单;工会负责相关费用的申请,集体生日物品的采购、礼物的发放,集体生日场地的安排并合影留念。

1、行政部在每月25日前筛选下月生日员工名单(以身份证为准),并将相关费用和生日员工名单提交常务副总处审批。

2 、审批后的生日员工名单,行政部提前三天准备好生日贺卡或生日礼物,并于员工下班前送给员工并予以祝贺。

3、祝贺标准:一张贺卡、一份生日礼物、公司工会组织安排当月生日员工集体活动。

四、 费用预算:按公司标准100元人(其中红包一份50元/人+员工活动经费50元/人)。
